    BONI was incorporated under the Nevis Companies Ordinance, Cap 7.06 of the laws of St. Christopher and Nevis, on April 29th, 1998 and commenced operations on July 1st, 1998. Our clients’ privacy is paramount and under the Confidential Relationships Acts of 1985, which we adhere to, the unauthorized disclosure of information to any third party is strictly prohibited.

    BONI’s online banking experience is convenient and secure. We provide our customers with 24-hour access to their accounts wherever they are. Access to online banking is restricted to only those whose details were provided when opening an account and our robust systems ensure the security of personal and financial information. All authorized users will enjoy the following benefits: 24/7 access to view, save, and print your statements; Transfer funds between accounts in the same currency; Download statements into financial programmes; and Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and ID
  • How long does it take to open an account with BONI?
    We’ll open your account within just seven working days following submission of all required documentation.
  • What are the requirements for opening an account?

  • What kind of accounts does BONI offer?
    BONI offers multi-currency Deposit, Current, and Term deposit accounts.
  • What currencies does BONI accept deposits in?
    We accept deposit from a wide range of currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CHf, and CAD. We can offer accounts in other currencies, subject to quantum of deposit.
  • How does BONI ensure seamless international transactions?
    BONI facilitates seamless, real-time cross-border payments through technology-led partnerships with global payment providers, utilizing partnerships that adhere to the SWIFT framework. Our payment footprint is truly global, unlimited, multi-currency and inclusive of payment to wallets and cash pick-up (subject to jurisdiction).

    We take an independent view on mortgage lending through our bespoke mortgage offering, which means we can find the right solution to suit the individual circumstances of our global clients.   • Does BONI offer Debit and Credit Cards?
    BONI will be rolling out its new branded BONI Debit and Credit cards as from Q1 2024. We invite clients to contact us accordingly.
  • How does BONI protect itself from threats such as money laundering?
    BONI maintains the highest level of best industry practices as it relates to AML and CFT. Our robust policies are underpinned by use of technology-powered AI tools that allows for real-time transaction monitoring and holistic KYC of our global customer base.
  • What regulations does BONI adhere to?
    We are a regulated financial institution under 2014 Nevis International Banking Ordinance (NIBO), which requires us to submit quarterly financial statements and annual audited financial statements to the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB). Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) We are also registered with the US Treasury Department as a Foreign Financial Institution (FFI) for FATCA reporting purposes.
