In December, BONI were proud to sponsor the Children’s Dance Theatre ahead of their 2022 Christmas Dance Recital! This year’s performance was called the ‘Christmas Hall of Fame’.
The Children’s Dance Theatre has been running for over 30 years and aims to encourage youth communities to take part in regular extracurricular activities, like the end of year dance recital. This year the company’s usual venue – the Sir Cecil Jacobs Auditorium – was unavailable for the children. That’s where BONI stepped in.
BONI’s support was essential to transforming the Marriott Ball into a space suitable for the theatre’s dance recital to take place. Our support meant the company was equipped with a stage, lighting, and all the features necessary to ensure the performance was a success.
Lelia Julie Martin, Artistic Director of the Children’s Dance Theatre, thanked BONI and said the sponsorship was “clear indication of the bank’s support of youth oriented cultural activities.”
BONI are proud to support youth initiatives like the Children’s Dance Theatre as they empower the younger generation through performing arts. We look forward to working with the Children’s Dance Theatre as they continue to broaden young people’s horizons and develop wider skills through enrichment activities.
